ayyyyyyy, Im glad someone else is doing this one. My friends think Im crazy whenever I do this one, but its a legit exercise. Trains hand eye coordination and explosive catch/grip strength.

@@tarasaitis_arm Much better for digestion!! More natural. High doses of creatine raise DHT which should concern people. Cuz you brain will recognize the imbalance and decrease testosteron production. In my opinion the main reason why creatine doesn't work longterm...

What's the point of this exercise?... Johnny Walker (John Brzenks favourite puller, predecessor and toughest competitor - i hope you know of him) used to throw and catch a dumbbell on his bicep to simulate someone's hit... He used to use 45kg for a set though.

I use it for hand and bicep. Nicely wakes up the muscles. Good blood flow for lighter recovery sessions. 20 kg here is not bad :)

I feel like I have as much static power and endurance as he has. The problem I had with him before was me continuing to toproll against his flop wrist. That's a more efficient position for him. So this time, I have a different position in mind. He should get tired first in that position :)
