That lady is a crook. Agarwadekar family aren't tenants, tenants pay rent to the owner. Agarwadekar family are Marathi ghanttis (Agarwadi is a village in Maharashtra) squatting in the Goan Pinto family property. Delhiwallas had guts to do what Goan owner should've done to get rid of the squatters.

What a mess. i thought the family owned the house. Does that mean that Pooja Sharma will be the winner as Chris Pinto sold it to her?? Chris Pinto from Mumbai sold the property a non-Goan, Pooja Sharma. (Here again is a Goan selling to a non-Goan.). There should be a proper paperwork from the Court before demolition work is done. Pooja Sharma had the BJP RSS in her pocket and was able to use the government to threaten the family without paperwork from the court in an eviction. Outsiders from BJP RSS have more power than Goans. Goans have no power. So the biggest loser is Goa and Goans as yet again another property has been sold to a non-Goan.!!!!! Goa needs to do some to stop this as they will soon be a minority as more and more Outsiders move into Goa. Captain Viriato should try to put forward a bill in Parliament to safeguard Goa and Goans or they will lose their identit 11:51 y!!!

What is the ingredients written in the Sale Deed? Is it mention that Pooja Sharma has asked the Vendor Chris Pinto to sell her a clear marketable title? Does Chris Pinto not in the knowledge that a structure is constructed in his property? The Agarwadekar's should claim their property under Adverse possession as they are staying for over 20 years.

The Government should appoint enough Judges to settle pending cases, and cases should be time bound. The judges are over burden with cases pending for more than 15 to 20 years. Many courts in south Goa are not functioning due to lack of judges. Government should appoint more judges.
