15:19 it's 42-22 half way through the final period and White has managed to not foul for the period thus far? And here they do foul because the defender doesn't remain in his frame. Now some times there's a good reason for foul disparity on the board. This seems suspect.

For the "not sure why" comment at kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYuVi6qvmciFadUsi=PiJB86zJ77BBF3wH&t=255 , my understanding is that the college ruling on a tech is to put the ball back in at POI and not at the division line opposite the table. I have had HS officials tell me we go to the endline after a tech. It's wrong, but it's out there, and I think it stems from a college/HS difference.

I had a similar play in my game yesterday, and two veteran officials told me it was POI. I didn't think that was right. Lot of confusion
