Rach I have tried to do it yourself air fresheners. I did the one where you put the unstoppables in there and just add a little water. I plugged it in after an hour it still didn't smell . And then I seen somebody put some essential oil and some olive oil in a little air freshener container . So after an hour I plugged that in also and it didn't work. No smell it all from neither one of these techniques . I thought when I would go in my room after having it plugged up for so many minutes I had to start to smell something. But it was just like I hadn't plugged nothing up in the room. I've even seen some people put fabulosa in the plugins and I try that and that didn't work either. So I'm very aggravated. I'm just wondering if you know something that I can put in my empty containers that will actually work. Because all of that that they showed me on KZbin was just I don't know what it was. I don't know if they just said it or what but it was a bunch of crock.

Can't wait to try the hairspray trick on suction cups in the bathroom! I bought a handle w/two large suction cups for safety getting in and out of the shower. Not sure if you have mentioned this one before, or if it will be the same with American products, but here in Australia, I swear by baby wipes for cleaning my walls and baseboards. I buy the cheap ones from my local supermarket, a few dollars per pack, but they are amazing and get just about EVERYTHING off (ie, general gunk and grime - not sure about markers or such) with very little effort. Added bonus, super easy and chemical free so that job can become one of the kid's chores ;)

Mr.Clean Erasers and Dawn dish soap.I use the dollar store version of the Mr.Clean sponges.I wet it and after I wash the dirt off the bottom of the sneakers I planning to clean, then I wet the sponge and put a little Dawn on the sponge and scrub the shoe and wipe it off with a rag or paper towels .Works amazingly! Great hacks and info. As per the 🍊 Dawn, although it does state hand soap it is also a dishwashing liquid. The label is letting the consumer know that the "antibacterial" portion is strictly for washing 👐hands. So, yes it IS an antibacterial HAND soap, but a regular (NON antibacterial) dishwashing liquid. Pine-sol is awesome for laundry. It also helps to take strong odors out. Had a cat that decided he was going to pee on every piece of clothing that he could find. Washed them half a dozen times and then started using Pine-sol. It wasn't perfect but it really helped. Lysol laundry sanitizer though eliminates ALL odor in one washing though so I use it now for every load of laundry (no more cat pee but I do have 2 teenage boys who are very active so their clothing can be a bit funky at times LOL)

Love watching your videos. It's not often I see new hacks, but you come up with some great ones. The dawn dish soap IS dishwashing liquid. It does say that on the bottle. The "Antibacterial hand soap" part applies only if it is used to wash your hands. It is not intended as an antibacterial dish soap but it is still dish washing liquid. I had to go look at my dawn... It's the green one. Thanks for all you tips and tricks.

Another hack for you. In your dryer. Pull your filter remove the lint. Then take your filter. Wash it in hot water. It removes the film from your fabric softener. An it also helps your clothes to dry faster.

I do that pretty regularly because of my husband’s work clothes. Tons of dirt and grass pieces get stuck to that thing. 😊

@@RachPlusFive I used to work for Arby's and they use Concentrated Tide to remove excess grease an extreme clean the grout on all the tile floors.

The pinesol I knew about because my mom has been doing that my whole life. Especially for my dads works clothes. She said it was a good degreaser and good for really dirty clothes. If she didn’t have pinesol she will use lestoil. I think she preferred the lestoil because she used more

I just discovered the pine-sol hack. My workout clothes developed some nasty smells over time, but adding pine-sol has eliminated ALL of it.

Quick question... Do the clothes smell like pine sol afterwards? I don't think it does.... But I just want to make sure it doesn't.

@@DBerr34987 I haven’t noticed a scent of it on my clothes at all.

Funny my husband's work clothes, are dirtier and stinky, so out of my head I started putting 1 or 2 lids of Pine sol, and It was so good, that was years ago, never looked at the label. Lol, sometimes your intuition just works.
