I love you, man. I've been watching your content for years. I know you're doing it because it pays bills, but for the record, I HATE it when you focus on hyper expensive decadence for its own sake. It really undermines messages like the Egypt thing, dissappearing African tribes, etc.

The tuna show was great! I'm disappointed that they didn't serve you "chiai" -- the dark red part that has more blood than the other parts. It doesn't stay fresh long, so basically you can't buy it anywhere. But if you get it fresh, you can cube it and grill it and serve it with citrus, salt and pepper, and it's a bit like eating beef. Maybe on your next trip!

Absolutely hysterical.. The super sized Nigiri is ridiculous. It defeats the whole concept of sushi and nigiri which is the small delicate slices are perfect for melt in your mouth as it eliminates the tendons and tough parts of the fish. Hint: If they gave you a knife and fork- USE THEM, slice your own and make traditional Nigiri. Love your video's

18:49 Why the oil so black? When is the last time he change the oil? A restaurant should normally change their oil at most once per 2 days and if the oil already black they should change it immediately Look at the fried fish, even though it's not burned, it look BURNED! For cheap street food, you can forgive it. But for expensive restaurant, that is unforgivable
