7:58 Raw cookie dough usually has 2 things changed to eliminate the major risks. The first, and the one most people know, is they don't use eggs, or they use specially treated eggs (e.g. pasteurized eggs). The second thing is they pre-bake the flour. A lot of people don't realize it, but raw flour is a significant risk factor, but you can pre-bake it by itself to make it safe.

The one day I don’t go to Bucees. Honestly though, nothing compares to Bucees. They started out as a small corner gas station in Lake Jackson. When gas prices soared in the early 2000’s under Bush, Bucees had extremely cheap gas and people came from all over the region to buy their gas and shop (that station is much smaller). They have expanded throughout Texas and into other states with the promise of lower price gas, pristine bathrooms, no 18 wheelers on premise, abundance of food focusing on Texas flavor, clothing, various sundries, and cheap ice. We Texans plan routes for our road trips around Bucees. Best place in earth!
