In Apr, 2012, MoreBeer! took a trip to Santa Rosa, CA to spend some time with Vinnie Cilurzo at Russian River Brewing Co. Since July 2010, RRBC has been using their BrewSculpture pilot system to help them research and design a series of new beers, as well as fine-tuning some old favourites.
