And don't allow the enemy to get you depressed and you get somewhere and stop lifting up your voice. The scripture talks about lifting up your voice, singing unto the Lord a new song, singing, making melody in your heart to the Lord, raising your voice up, crying out to God, using your voice. There's a tendency when you're discouraged to shut down - I don't want to talk to anybody, I don't want to say anything. And we're just somewhere quiet and we just - the enemy puts a muzzle on our mouth. Now I'm not saying you have to talk 24 hours a day. Sometimes we do need to be quiet, sometimes we do need to shut down. I'm not against that, get rest. But there are times the Bible said there's a time to speak and there's a time to be quiet, there's a time to speak and there's a time to be quiet. You've got to know the time to speak, when to speak, what to speak, when to release your voice. There's a time to be quiet, when just to meditate and not say anything. So there are different times and different seasons.
