Maybe for every star/half star you can also delete some of the rubbish from the area, like their doing better so theyve decided to tidy the place up a bit :) might also help with the ambience and getting better reviews

You can't disable water unfortunately :( Otherwise kids wouldn't be able to order a drink if the menu was alcoholic only and I assume the game would break in some way if the sim can't order a suitable drink.
