I love the new content! I’ve been waiting for a new upload 😊 I have two kitty babies as well, 6 month old brothers. What’s really helped with them sleeping through the night is playing and then eating their meal. It’s like they “hunt” their meal, catch it and then eat it. Jackson Galaxy has so many helpful videos!

Hi, nice to see you back! Kittens have SO much energy but it will decrease in time and they will mellow out a bit as they get older. Unless you get another kitty and they will play with each other all the time and keep each other busy. Love seeing your updates!

ok, I've cats since I was 13 years old and I'm now 48. I have also always had multi cat household dynamics. Since about 2015, I've also had dogs. So, if your cats are close in age, say, about a 1 or two 2 years and introducing a kitten, you are doing the right thing by feeding separately and tiring the kitten out as much as possible. I would , at this point, start doing some together time with Toni and Ollie provided you or Bird are supervising. Just be in the room or withing hearing of them. I know it's hard, but don't jump in right away when the kids have a disagreement. Let Toni lay her boundaries and teach Ollie. Pretty much unless someone is actually hurt or fur is flying, just let them work it out. Follow your instincts on this. It may seem like they will never get along at first but they will. I promise.

I so agree with you on the 2 cats getting to know each other, there might be some hissing and so forth, but they always work it out. I have 22 cats right now, most I took off the street as kittens and never once did I lock one up, the younger ones would just go and hide and then on their own start to come around. Also cat nip is so good for your cats, but it does get them going for a while, it's like pot for a cat lol

Hi MeiMei. Chile oil does not belong on everything. Lol. I have had cats all my life and just a few years ago I welcomed my final furbaby. I already had a cat when my roommate asked me if I could rescue just one more. How can you say no to that. I already rescued the one and was just with me for about 10 years when my new cat came along. It wasn't easy trying to get them together. With alot of love and time it happened. I gave it two weeks and then they met. After three weeks let them meet and see what they do. Now they may hiss, growl, and probably make some weird noises but just reassure Toni that it will be OK. Toni is going to be the one you give affirmations to before Olie. Do not get discouraged if it takes longer. Let me know how you make out. Thank you for sharing

There's a routine change you could try to help Oli calm down! Jackson Galaxy and Kitten Lady recommend following the order that these things would follow in the wild: play session (=hunting), feeding (=eating their prey), time for self-groomong and winding down, sleep. On their KZbin channels you can find more detailed info, it was a lifesaver with our kitty!

yay oli! he was definitely a high energy kitten back at mini cat town for sure, very playful, huge fan of running laps around the floor then flopping over. never fear, the kitten energy does start to fade once they reach around 5-6 months, and with any luck once he and toni start getting on, they'll be tiring each other out. as for that part - prepare for some hissing and swatting, it's pretty normal. she'll need to set her boundaries and he'll need to learn to respect them. it took my kittens about 2 weeks to get used to each other - it can be very stressful, but don't give up! it takes time and patience. i would highly suggest getting calming cat diffusers (you can find those any most pet stores) and place those in the main areas they might interact. my girl (who was the older and bigger of the two) was pretty hostile to our new boy to start. she was NOT having it. we ended up giving her a calming collar and tiring them both out before they would interact (supervised, of course). he was very friendly and socialized but she wasnt, so it took some time for them to learn how to "speak" each others language. i wish i could tell you what exactly changed but just suddenly one day she came up and started cleaning his ears and then suddenly they were just kind of fine with each other. it took another month for them to get really close (like cuddling) but now they do it daily! anyways, best of luck!!

That homemade iced mocha looks so good! I'll have to try making some. Aww the babies!!! I love kittens so much! I have two teenage cats and one adult cat, and they just make my life so much brighter. I remember back when I was a kid, my parents got a toy squirrel with catnip in it and (I think this was when we still had the four kittens, plus their mom, and my other two cats) and they went crazy, but I don't really remember anything else. Feliway could potentially help with the cats! It’s a calming diffuser that you plug in and it helps calm them! We used it when we moved houses and it worked on our super shy timid little cat! 😊

Chili oil does belong on everything! lol Vermont curry has a hint of apple and honey in it, so it tends to be sweeter than other curry brands. If you want a spicier Japanese curry, I recommend Java curry. My family swears by it!

for catnip, my cats ( I have had 4 ) never really reacted to the "loose leaf" catnip or the ones that are shaped into a ball. On Amazon, however, they have these liquid ones or sprays that my cats go crazy for. While I think catnip reactions depend on the cat, I also think that the type of catnip you get has an impact. (I am not an expert, these are just my experiences with it).
