fun fact: Palp intentionally used really outdated technology on the suit, he made it clunky which caused him to use the force to move, his life support would randomly turn off. Palp did it to keep him angry = dark side.

There was a Vader comic where he meets a nurse stalker that steals vials of his blood, pieces of his armor, and his cape. She then goes to him while he is resting and confesses only for him to kill her with his lightsaber because she broke in his chamber. It was pretty funny

I got to attend a panel featuring Matt Lanter, James Arnold Taylor, and Ashley Eckstein (Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Ahsoka respectively), and Lanter brought up how in the fight between Vader and Ahsoka in Star Wars Rebels, he did voice work despite James Earl Jones voicing Darth Vader in the series. During the fight, Ahsoka breaks Vader's mask, and from that point on, all of Vader's lines are an overlay of Jones and Lanter's voices.

Darth Vader suit is actually really immobile in universe Darth sidious designed it that way to restrict and punish him Vader can't raise his arms above his head and his suit has him in constant pain whilst being weak to lightning as a precaution if he rebelled

The light side in its purest form is balance in the force, the light side is how the force is supposed to exist while the dark side and use of it bends the force to the individuals will. While many of the jedi didn't follow the will of the force the best they're not corrupting it and bending it to their desires like a dark side user does which disrupts the balance of the force.

obi wan didn't kill Anakin because he cared to much about him he couldn't force himself to kill Anakin he does the same thing in the obi wan series and lets Vader kills him in a new hope also the suit is not maneuverable so Palpatine could more easily control him

4:07 the reason Obi-Wan leaves Anakin behind was explained in another comic and the answer was that Obi-Wan could sense that Palpatine was on his way and if he went and killed Anakin then Palpatine would kill both him and padmé. So by leaving Anakin behind Luke, Leia, and Obi-Wan all survive

The suit was intentionally designed to be horrible. A prison for Skywalker to fester in agony, suffering, and hatred. It was designed to be powerful but slow, to constantly inflict pain upon him, to make sure he never healed too much, and also was made to short circuit when hit by force lightning

bringing balance to the force is to eradicate both the light and dark and to start over, since the force was "wounded" by the thousands of years of war and destruction. the force had been almost physically hurt, so it created a savior, that being the chosen one in order to destroy both the light and dark because the dark had exploited the dark side, whilst the jedi weren't entirely light, there was no equality in the fabric of the force.

the vader suit suit sucks in canon it makes alarm noises at random times and the technology was outdated from the start and its so heavy and hard to walk in it that sometimes he uses the force to move around in it and the worst being that his life support would turn off at random times the reasons for this are 1. anger makes you stronger as a sith 2. vader had the option to design the suit himself if i remember correctly but he was let palpatine make it like this so the suit reminds him of the monster he has become

The thing is about Anakin turning to the dark side to save Padme it wouldn’t have work out in long run. She would be disgusted and scared for Anakin had down and the Sith order wouldn’t allow that love to exist Sidious and any rival would know she is Anakin weakness probably have her killed later on for Anakin to further fall to the dark side because feed off negatives emotions . The dark side twisted people noble attentions that seem good at first but down the line in turn into something terrible but with Anakin case the question is did try to save Padme for her own sake or was it his own sake?

If you're told to suppress your feeling when it comes to the force and now you're pushing them all in all at once while at the same time getting on a drug like substance (the dark side) you kinda just get high on it for a bit if you're not used to its power. But that doesn't last and he would've come to his senses probably through padme. But him killing her (and having already killed of the jedi) made him hate himself and become a slave to his own self hatred and regret to a point where he felt no-one would forgive him and neither would he really himself. At the end of the day Vader was just depressed.

They simply became dogmatic over time and, by the time of the Prequels, they desired as close to absence of emotions as possible rather than an understanding of and subsequent control over ones emotions. They didn't start out like they ended up, it was a gradual progress helped in no small part by the Sith as well as fallen Jedi who fell to the Dark Side due to losing control of their emotions.

I'm pretty sure that at some point Palpatine made a far better suit for Vader that was quicker, more flexible and more terrifying. I can't remember the exact reason they didn't use it but I think it was both that it was a risk to him into the life support of that suit and because the limiting and painful aspects of Vaders current suit drove him and heightened his hatefullness.

The comics are why I don’t see Vader as op anymore I mean he is op but he’s also vary stupid. He walks or runs into bad situations all the time because of his rashness, shortsightedness and/or overconfidence. Like when cera almost killed him and the general public got introduced to him being almost killed by a no name and freaked because his op name was tarnished. The jedi say you can feel things, you can express yourself and you can do this. Just don't let it control you, big difference than just push it all down or force yourself not to. I mean look what happened, they ended up being right. Not only did Anakin suffer (that rightouse selfish man) but the whole galaxy suffered. All because, his emotions and attachment to Padme. Allowed a horrible person to live, its not the Jedi writing itself. Its people selfishness (like Anakin) to let things go and allow natural things to happen. Such as Death, but yes those darn Jedi's who are ultimately good people and their stupid teachings.

Balance in the force by george lucas himself is eliminating the sith, not the dark side itself, just the sith, the jedi are chill with the night witches and some dark siders, but the sith lords themselves are fully a cult hellbent on galaxy domination, revenge, and everything bad itself, sith fans will try to say otherwise by giving examples of "good" sith, which are basically like less than a dozen of pyshos who are a little less psycho than the others, less than a dozen, in 25 thousand years, of billions of sith in history, the jedi are flawed but ultimatelly try and do good, the sith are just asshole evil cult guys. also jedi do not supress emotions, they control emotions, if you watch anything with jedi, you see yoda laughing, jedi happily being friends with people, they can even leave anytime they want, and KEEP the lightsabers, all of this are in the comics, novels AND movies, if you are a fan of star wars and keep with the mindset of "jedi and sith are both bad" then you truly don't understand the series at all, at most the jedi are flawed, and the sith are fully evil, also star wars is very black and white, this is a complete fact.

"Balance means no more bad only good." This is one of the dumbest and most inaccurate statements I have ever heard. Light and dark sides of the force in star wars are two opposing forces. The sith and the jedi were both evil because they refused to use their respective aspects of the force in moderation. Neither the dark nor the light were balanced. Balance could only be found when one is in the middle of those two opposite forces. Too much or too little of anything brings imbalance. Think before you speak dude.

If people want to know how palpatine returned read the now not canon comic Dark Empire (thanks disney) it explains that palpatine has clones of himself that in case he dies he can posses there bodies and return its a amazing comic that shows luke falling to the dark side and becoming palpatines apprentice.
