the only thing I can think of that might work is very gimmicky, but since the single target move doesn't have priority if you can somehow trick him into using that one choice scarf mewtwo outspeeds with me first. I haven't done the calc but even with its spdef as high as it is I don't think it takes one of its own attacks very well

That grimmsnarl person was on the right track. There was a super long comment on that video about 1 way where you potentially have a chance to win but only if you guess what frank will do for the first 2 or 3 turns perfectly

But the assault vest won't work with yawn plus Forest Nut could just heal any damage he takes, additionally if Henry is going to lose he can just use "Whoops it's my turn" to grant a timeout victory. Even then once the Grimmsnarl is gone, Henry can just nuke the rest of the team with Spicy Sprite. I genuinely think it's impossible to defeat Henry.

@@NaveKnights i dont remember everything the correct comment actually said but to put it simply forests nut cant get rid of yawn and if you build grimmsnarl in a very specific way when he is dynamaxed he should be able to tank a spicy sprite and yawn henry which again forests nut cant get rid of and then when henry is asleep bring in a choice scarf ditto and use transform and at that point it is literally impossible to lose but you need several grimmsnarl and 1 other pokemon that i forget and you have to perfectly guess what henry is going to do

@@Astral_Incarnate Thing is, Spicy Sprite is like +5 priority and Crits and flinches (and I think also hits 8 to 10 times) and from what I remember Grimmsnarl won't have enough priority to use yawn on Henry, also Henry could use Forest Nut to raise evasiveness provided he has taken damage the turn before. So when the next Grimmsnarl comes out, it'll just faint immediately.

Well clearly the way to beat the Wonder Guard version is an army of Trace mons lol. As for the Neutralising Gas version, the only thing I can think of is to bring something that can somehow tank one attack from Henry, then use one of the moves that change it's ability (Simple Beam, Worry Seed, etc), then bring out something with Queenly Majesty and it can't attack any more right? That or be the luckiest person in the world with Focus Band or Bright Powder lol. Edit: Oh crap wait it guarantees flinches... then I guess you have to bring Bright Powder on your mon with Entrainment or whatever and hope you get lucky lol. Or were all his moves also guaranteed to hit?

The way never miss moved work is by bypassing accuracy checks altogether, no amount of double team sand attack or bright powder will do anything to stop a stray aerial ace or swift,and Henry’s moves have that effect, so yeah I can’t think of anything to beat that

Let me run this down for everyone who thinks they can defeat it: What can a pokemon use? Abilities: neutralising gas stops them Moves: +5 priotity guaranteed flinch stops them (no inner focus cuz abilities were stopped) Items: none do anything. Dynamax moves (cuz you can't be flinched if dynamaxed): remember how dynamax blissey was oneshot? Yeah good luck So your only option is to have a dynamax mon with focus band, so you randomly survive all hits from it (reminder oops it's my turn hits 18-25 times, so you need to survive all of them at a 10% chance) and from that you'd only land 1 move. Now make it count in a way he can't heal with forest's nut

If this was scarlet and violet it would've been easy by using: Ceruledges with (Ally switch and flash fire) And Farigirafs with armor tail and maybe Psychic Noise And a Neutralizing gas Wheezing (Self destruct Armor tail and flash fire) Or a Bulky/Endure Pokémon with gastro acid And maybe a Pokémon with Encore (Everyone has Covert Cloak and Protect)

Frank was not prepared for flash fire, so if Dylan and Tobin ran flash fire he would have not been able to use burn up. However, I don’t know how far you can go with that. In the end it doesn’t matter because Henry ability was changed to neutralizing gas.

@@Rictavio27 Nah, just use Terrain Extender Tapu Lele, Queenly Majesty Tsareena, Flash FIre Ninetales and Coalossal. Lead with Tsareena and Ninetales. Psychic Terrain blocks all of Frank's attacks including his custom Burn Up. All of them except single target non priority Burn Down, which Ninetales and Coalossal are immune to. Now regardless of if Henry uses Burn Down turn 1 or something else, use Encore with Ninetales. Best case scenario he struggles, worst case he kills Tsareena. Neither are a problem. If he kills Tsareena, switch in Coalossal in place of Tsareena, and hard swap in Tapu Lele. If Henry struggles, then hard swap Coalossal and Tapu Lele in. Next, have Tapu Lele Taunt Henry and Coalossal spam GMAX Volcalith. Finally use Trick Room with Tapu Lele and spam Taunt every turn after and say GG.

I have way to beat anything Pokémon with two held items focus sash and leftovers plus it has shear cold and max speed and whatever makes it so where it takes fifty percent less damage from all attack moves no matter the type of move!.

If delcatty was in the game you could give Henry normalize by having another Pokémon with an ability taking/sharing move. Normalize would make all of Henry’s moves normal type. Then just use ghost types.

I think I know the answer and i’m only at 20:20 … the answer is pyukimuku and a Pokemon with Fissure. Fissure is a ground type O-KO move. Okay i’m now at 30:31 after watching and this strat didn’t work. But what if there was an entire team of Pyukimuku? And the other team has Fissure and if possible the ability that guarantees all hits. Whether it be against others or receiving hits.

If you could figure out a way to get off a Skill Swap/Worry Seed/Entrainment/Simple Beam, then you could follow up with the usual Ability shenenegains. The trick is living a turn to pull it off.

I feel like he should have used th code for photon geyser which has built in mold breaker. That with the burn up being not one time use and with wonder guard may work specially if he sets up a terrain or primordial whether himself.

I was reading through the comment to see if my idea was though of by anyone else but I didn't see it... it probably won't get recognize but I've decided to share it anyway. neutralizing gas doesn't work to block imposter so just use 6 ditto with imposter, and then see who win, 6 henry or 1 henry with more HP

Henry needs another original move maybe I alone Reign +5/6 priority its a permeant field move It neutralizes all other pokemon's abilities it disables held items from all other pokemon at the end of every turn you regain % of your max hp No other pokemon may use a non damaging move

Just seeing the Pyukumuku strategy I was thinking, why not pair Innards Out with a pokemon with encore + disable? It has to go for Debuff Beam turn 1, you encore it and turn 2 you disable it, it will still die to struggle turn 4 😂.

How to kill Pyukumuku: have an OP move that works like False Swipe and also poisons c: Maybe as a counter: Encore the Burn Up move with mon 1 (who has a Focus Sash), which you can't use multiple times, cuz after losing the Fire type, you can't use Fire moves anymore; give yourself time to Bestow a Choice Scarf with mon 2 onto Henry, so Burn Up is his only possible move. From there on, Skill Swap a shit Ability onto Henry, like maybe Klutz, Slow Start, or Truant, and start going ham with Toxic stall, Super Fang, Endeavor and other HP-manipulating moves

Here's my idea: Lead with 2 Ninetales. As it's uncommon, he might not know it has Flash Fire and just hit the funny Burn Up button. This gives a free turn and a win. Encore and Disable to force him to use Struggle with his horid attack stat. Then bring in Weezing and Cursola. Neutualizing Gas does its job and Cursola hits Perish Song with 1 last turn of struggle. By the time the second duo is wiped, the timer hits 0 and Perish Song takes it out
