Thank you! Currently at day 4--so far, so good! You definitely answered some of my questions/concerns. As others have mentioned, removing band for charging is more of a challenge than it should be. Completely agree that Native English instruction on printed material and app should be available.

I wish they would have at least done the "magnet" type charger that you see on a lot of these other bands. Would solve that band problem!

Hi Andrew, great review! I just bought this for myself and for my dad who has sleep apnea and high BP. Excited to get it. As for your misgivings on the BP reading, you need to enable the "private BP" in the settings. It's not a privacy setting, but is used for you to give a bp statistic that is typical for you personally or one based off an actual cuff reading so that the watch can give you a more accurate reading. Hope this helps! :)
@TisforTech4 жыл бұрын
Yes, I did eventually figure that out :) Was going to post an update eventually about it. Now that you mention that I should mention that in the description! Once I did that and used the cuff reading it's much more accurate! Thanks for the helpful comment. Appreciate it!
@lionrocklr92174 жыл бұрын
My instructions say, in faulty English, to use the Private BP if you want to enter a fudge (offset) factor when taking hypertension drugs. I don't so I didn't experiment. It's an interesting possibility allowing for a 'real' reading for those who take the medicine.
@ProfessorSnack3 жыл бұрын
@@lionrocklr9217 oh their app has HORRIBLE localization and is overall very sloppy. I'm very very interested in hacking/modifying mine, especially to make custom home screens on the device. It's a seriously tragedy that the ONLY theme that contains the heartrate data right there on the home screen with the time and date is the fourth one, overall they all look like extremely generic, ugly old phone wallpapers hahahahha

I just need this for health tracking for my doctor which doesn't include exercise at the moment. Do you see any way to delete these parts of the app? I want to say thanks, you did a great job taking me through this device and I feel pretty comfortable using it and feel good about my purchase. Was the blood pressure consistently off by the same margin? I really need to track that which I can do if it is consistently wrong. Thanks 😼💜
@TisforTech4 жыл бұрын
You can tweak the setting by using the Private BP option. I was mistaken originally in setting it up. If you measure your BP with a cuff and then do it at the same time on the band - you can enter your cuff reading so that the app then knows and calibrates using that. Afterwards it's pretty accurate. On the app part - I don't think there is a way to delete parts of the app. I know on Fitbit there are ways to remove tiles and rearrange things. This doesn't have that same capability that I've seen.

@@TisforTech This is great for bp. At doctor we can make comparison and correction, thanks. No worries about other sections, I may need them when health stabilizes a bit more. I agree with you that they need to clean up the presentation, adds extra points for confidence and visual appeal. 😼

Thank you for the thorough review. I’m thinking of purchasing this for my elderly mother-I am her caretaker and would like the ability to review her ECG, HR, blood oxygen , BP and sleep cycles. (Over 24 hr period and on the spot) I would sync through my phone-she cannot operate a cell phone. She does not have WiFi. I am assuming I would not have data real time when I am not with her and would need to sync to my phone when I visit her daily. Any hiccups you foresee or advice?? Thanks in advance. Tara
@TisforTech4 жыл бұрын
I envision that it would work fine that way. You could visit and then open the app on your phone to sync it to capture any data that hasn't been synched to your phone. Would probably be very useful in that manner. The only thing I would note is that the ECG would be something that has to be done periodically by opening the app to start the process (then putting finger on the top of the device). So you would have the other metrics - but could capture the ECG each time you visit. Also it charges pretty quickly so you could probably do that every couple days as well during a visit.

A:Please go to MorePro app -->Device-->Switch Setting-->turn on the “Automatic BP detect”, “Scientific Sleep” and “Blood oxygen night monitoring”, then it will detect your 24-h blood pressure and heart rate. And the SPO2 monitoring will detect your blood oxygen from 00:00 to 7:00am.

Question...When I am done charging and putting the band back on the watch, the screen goes to a data layout (which is not pictured or mentioned anywhere that I can find). There is a timer at the top with appears to run for 20 minutes. There is no way that I can figure out to get out of the screen. It appears that at 20 minutes it just returns to normal state. Does anyone have any idea what is occurring and if there is a way to get out of it early? It pops up with pause and exit, but pressing of circle has no affect. AT 20 minutes (based on timer) it reverts back to normal. Feedback welcome.

BTW the instructions are god-awful, I agree, but there is a notification under the sleep stats to sleep away from your cellphone or other electronic gadgets.
