Such a fantastic location and the flooded fields just added to the isolated feel of the location. Can't believe how much gear you managed to take with you! Certainly made for a very civilised camp. Was good to catch up, especially seeing this camping location again.

I used to have one of those carbon monoxide detectors but I got rid of it because the constant beeping gave me a headache and made me nauseous and drowsy.

Er your carbon monoxide detector should be 15cm from the top of the tent, not by your face

Well I had it low because it's denser than air and I was low in the tent. Most of the ventilation was at the top of the tent which could have skewed the reading.
