For any runners watching, you have no idea how hard this is with the load he has from swimming and cycling. Yes, Morgan was a runner first but he is way heavy in fatigue that messes with running. Imagine running 30 hours a week then pulling this at altitude.
@clinteden3422
@clinteden3422 3 жыл бұрын
Yeah I am not an triathlete myself but ari Klau talks about not being able to run great workouts due to fatigue from the other two disciplines.
@israel_started_it_ALL_in_1947
@israel_started_it_ALL_in_1947 3 жыл бұрын
@@clinteden3422 I was a pro trigeek. Literally every hard session from one sport F'd up the next ones in different sports. Fatigue don't care. It's hard to run fast from hard swimming in particular, especially in a race. You get all swolled up with interstitial fluid from swimming, then you bike heavy and run heavy as a result. It never really dissipates in races. What is it like? Go get jacked up on weights in a gym for 25 minutes then go straight to a track and try to run 6*800 @ LT. Welcome to triathlon. If your run is on, you can push through it but at a certain point, you ask yourself, how the F can the fast guys do it? Balance all the cross over fatigue and not constantly die from the intensity. I feel for Ari. It really sucks. I never figured it out.
