That takes me back some decades ago when I was training on my old high school track before going to an Olympics, and some of the old ladies walking on the outside lanes thought I should slow down. One of them yelled to me, "You're going to die!"

So great to see paul chelimo (5k track), jake riley(42k long distance) and Morgan Pearson (10k triathlet) different running forms at nearly the same pace (2:45) in the context that they comming from total different racedistances...paul is a litte bit bored, jake stuggle a litte bit, morgan is on point.

@Kenji haha mmmm good find but I'm on the fence about that one. Looks like he was may have been stretching the skin around his lips to get a good scratch in on his cheek first, and just happened to turn toward the cam while in the act. Thank God he realized his mistake and relaxed the lips immediately, face forward again. And I'm noticing now that his thumb is almost always up on the right hand.

Visit a physio and do some physiotherapy. Then ask him to make a plantogram of your foot to check if you have any sort of pronation and maybe you'll need insoles. That's what I did and fixed my shin pain.
