There are plenty of artists doing kind-of what he’s doing, I think they just aren’t as good at it. His voice has that rasp and it’s appealing to most everyone’s ears. That’s his unique quality. Colter wall and Vincent Neil Emerson have somewhat similar qualities but sing a different type of country, more traditional western. Morgan is moving in that direction though with “cover me up”.

He doesn't need it at all I definitely agree his vocals are pristine, but there is a slight amount on his vocals in this. Either that or they're using some kind of flex pitch or melodyne I can hear it. It's industry standard for artists to use slight bits of autotune and most untrained ears can't pick it up unless they've been around audio engineering for some time. Regardless he absolutely killed this!

In summer 2019 I was at a concert at PNC in Holmdel, NJ. It was Hardy, Morgan Wallen, Dan and Shay, and Florida Georgia Line. After Morgan finished the skies opened up and a lightning storm came down. The staff told us to go back to our cars and the website had the rest of the show cancelled. Drove home disappointed we didn’t get to see the rest. Later on we get a text the show is back on 🤦‍♂️. Least we got to see Morgan.
