I just love these vlogs!!! Even though I am old enough to be your Mom, lol, I find joy in watching them daily because you have captured and live out the true meaning of Christmas. The content is real & heartfelt, not commercialized, which is refreshing! I live in the northeast and participate in the Backyard Bird Count yearly through the Audubon Society. It’s been interesting because I have seen a decrease in birds in my area due to a major highway being built literally through our neighborhood. It has been very difficult to witness the destruction of habitat. We used to have bears, deer, beautiful birds, fox etc…now we see nothing on our game camera. So I feel like Im doing my little part to record this sad situation. I can’t wait to hear about your experiences with the whale count! Have a wonderful day! Ty for bringing this content!

I have the same issue with my ears. When I avoid costume jewelry and wear 14k gold studs the issue resolves. It’s expensive, but the only solution I’ve found.

I really like the Nara concealer and the glossier stretch concealer when I want to have coverage for my eyes. My eyes get bothered by lots of stuff too, so I take the lightest dab on a fluffy concealer brush and blend it lightly over instead of applying the product directly to my face with fingers!

This was such a fun Vlogmas Day 8! I must agree with you and Landon that your gingerbread house has a sweet charm to it. 💜 I had to smile as I just watched Love Actually on Saturday night. Love that movie and to see it shown with a live orchestra would be a dream come true. I did finally get to see the Comfort and Joy concert last year. I know you love that one too. Really puts you in the Christmas spirit. Love that you will be a part of recording the gray whale migration. I always love seeing the resident gray whales at Depoe Bay. helloooo! this is for Colin! thank you so much for your sweet words!! i understand what you must be feeling since i had felt this way for a while working at a coffee shop for 9 years. the connection to those regulars really help make your world turn differently in such a lovely way and can at times be the comfort you need whenever its a good day or bad one. just know that even though there are times where you feel lonely just like i have (especially during the holidays, trying to take shifts from people so they can enjoy their holidays with loved ones while i distract myself from not dealing with drama in my family) can take a toll on us and be sure you are still taking care of you. Always be sure you are thinking of caring for youself and not overdoing it filling your days with work or taking double shifts to fill the emptiness you might be feeling. I've had bangs for most of my adult life and a hair dryer with a round brush attachment has been amazing. Highly recommend for times when the bangs don't want to stay down after a shower. They go back to looking beautiful. I also wash them separately sometimes too and they look so refreshed.

My ears do the same thing. I coat the little stud that goes through my ear with neosporin or Vaseline before you put them on and it creates a barrier so your ears don't flare up. Hope this helps ❤

As a 47 year old with dry skin, let me recommend IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye. You only need a very small dab on your finger, warm up the makeup between two fingers and dab on your undereye. I apply with my fingers, but you can use a brush or sponge after applied to the face. What a lovely vlog. Hugs!❤
