Being in the forest helps you get away from all the distractions to give you that "me time". Reading is one of the ways that relaxes me, plus being in the forest adds to the serenity. The music in your video is also very therapeutic which gives you that calm feeling. I so miss being in the country where I can just explore and interact with nature.
