I had the same epiphany this year in October. I've been my mums full time carer since 2009. I was 22 and it's not 2021 and I'm 35. It clicked and I was like "holy crap balls....who tf am I outside of my job for the past almost 13 years?!! All I've really known is this in my adult life and the world has just passed me by". Got into weekly therapy in mid October and now feel like I'm on a good path to Me 😊

As a retired counselor, I learned through school and experience that in order for a good relationship to last, you must take care of YOURSELVES (ind. self), and take equal care of each other. The one that gets me through ALL of life's conflict, I put myself "in their shoes." Never know what is going on in someone's life that may be causing their mood. I've lost 70 lbs since pandemic, because I just spiraled and didn't want to eat -*never have I ever been a 110lb girl before* . Working on it. T'is the ONLY way out.🎄❤Morgan

Every January, my family and I make these things called Vision Boards and they're basically what you just described at about 6:30. You basically just put down everything you want to happen for you that year or any pictures or quotes that just speak to you. And everything magically happens somehow in the future. You even sometimes get things that you didn't know you wanted or needed. You should try it! They're fun!

You went to the buffet, put a scoop of everything on your plate, and said "yes, this is my plate. it is full. I'll deal with it," and you DID! Your Vlogmas 2021 is honestly something I'd put on as a playlist as I fold laundry (and that's a fuckin' compliment... I'm particular). Equal parts fun, wholesome, invigorating, sobering, thoughtful, simple yet complex.
