We personally haven't installed halos on the Super7's. I would suggest reaching out to Morimoto directly on that, they will likely know!

Technically yes, if you are a pro at wiring. We could really break it down how to do it to set up a single color flashing mode or something, but it's not designed to do that. If you customized the wiring wrong you'd break the controller. If you cut up and rewire the outputs it can be done if you know what you're doing.

I have the same Xbt Bluetooth but the range is no where near 100 ft away. Are all the same range or you amplified the range somehow?

We don't have an amp on it, and we are a in a steel walled building with 3 walls between the studio and garage where we were.

Yes, you can. I️ have this controller and the ONLY bad thing is you can’t make the lights blink/strobe different colors.It will only fade to other colors. Other than that, it’s great.

Morimoto tells me that to turn off a zone, turn down the tone all the way for that zone

Each zone's brightness can be controlled separately with the "tone" slider. Adjusting it down from center dims the color from full brightness to off, adjusting it up from center washes it out from full color to white. So, you can quickly & easily find white, regardless of where your color wheel is set, by simply sliding the tone fully upward. However, the white is at full brightness and can't be dimmed without going back to color. Wish they would have put pure white on the color wheel so it would be dimable. But then, finding pure white on this color wheel would be about as difficult as finding any other basic color on this damn thing, very! This is why I've carefully found each basic color (red, green, blue, etc.) on the color wheel and then added each of them to "faves" for easier selection when I want them.

I'm running morimoto demon eyes as well as front and rear halos as well as this xbt bluetooth modual for my 2000 4runner and I have my front halos set to switchbacks

youd use this plus a switchback controller and just place a relay on the output of the channel you want switch back on, then youd wire the output of the switch back controller to the red and green wires of the light and the relay, that way when u turn on a signal and the switchback controller sends power, the power from the xbt gets cut

Honestly...no offense but your company was too lazy to do a full instruction sheet? smh..@5:25 mins You stated; ( Its an instruction sheet for people to go on the internet and find the instructions on how to do this) smh... Did you not take in to consideration that Some people dont have internet connection due to some of the areas they live in or the range of service just might be bad in the area. A lot of people own shops in those kinds of areas... ...Did you just throw it in the air & just say ; Screw the instructions & lets just save time & do a video & no money lost on paper& ink? Im pretty sure this product brings in enough money or Will bring in enough money from the purchaser's to have full detail instructions included.. This is meant for any company so dont take it personal but all Purchasers take the time to spend their money with different businesses & all companies should Make the effort & time to fully satisify their customers and not just your pockets.. Other than that i think your product is a good buy..

Thanks for your comment! This video isn't really to show you the install in a vehicle. Something like this is a pretty easy setup. We feel like Morimoto did a good job of the online instructions that you can print off, that it wasn't necessary for us to do a video installation. We also feel like we did a good job showing how to pin wires from non compatible lights. It's basically, plug everything in and hook it to the battery. It's not a vehicle specific application, so to install it in my truck may be different from yours.

I just bought this Morimoto controller and found that it doesn't remain on the street-legal white when turning them on, rather switches to the last color used via the app after a few seconds, regardless on whether the app is active or not. Here is proof: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mZ_Lqoesgc1nb68

Naaman, it's always a good idea when using aftermarket color-changing lighting to double check that your lights are in a street legal configuration before driving.

@@HeadlightRevolution so if I have to make sure the app's tone slider is all the way up before discontinuing it's use, what good is the default-to-white feature? Also, what good is RGBW on channel #1 of the controller if it's app doesn't have RGBW controls? I purchased a RGBW demon eye and had to depin the white wire's terminal pin because the white LED stayed at full brightness due to no control from the app.
