Good morning Anoma! The Moringa dishes look delicious. I looked them up to find out more about them, they say it's like green beans but maybe a bit sweeter, sounds good! I'd love to try your hoppers too, never had them either but they look like yummy steamed spaghetti noodles.😁 I do know hoppers are made with rice flour and spaghetti noodles are made with wheat flour and eggs...who wouldn't love either of them!
