I have a moringa tree growing, that I thought I lost in North Florida due to the cold but it has come back large and in charge!!! I was gifted some seeds from a friend in Miami which apparently is a very good strand of moringa. so thank you Matthew and Company for the inspiration I shall go plant some more moringa seeds today! Soup looks amazing🔥

Its part of the musterd plant family us Filipinos also eat it but we say marungi in ilocan one of the 100 or so dialects we have i like it with chicken soup and you also can eat the fruit of it the long things when young the one you had was prity old lol you also can make soup and will not be bitter 😉

Noni is placed in a clear plastic bag with small holes then placed in a bigger plastic bag closed and hung up and the fermented juice leaks into other bag and this juice is placed in glass bottle and used a drink The fermented pulp is kept in bottle and used medicinally eg rub on minor burns

Hey this soup is filled with a lot of great ingredients Moringa, Turmeric, etc. Seem like a lot of the stuff we use in Jamaica. I have tried the Moringa seed but its pretty hard to eat. Thanks for sharing Matthew. Manners and respect.
