I decided that I needed to make changes in my diet and exercise regime and turned to utube for some inspiration and came across your videos. Past 30 years as a Doctor became a student in Caribbean shutting my mouth and listening and learning. Moved to a new area. Saw moringa growing on the street and over a waterway. Stretched to get seeds. Woman saw me and offered me a bag of seeds as i know they are super multivitamin and phyto nutrients. Her granddaughter engaged me in great conversation. Now have two new friends. Offered some to others. They say they have them but not know how good they are for prevention and treatment. @paulmcwhorter3 жыл бұрын
@@AnyoneSeenMikeHunt A compound is typically a property where people live with a secure perimeter. Typically a compound will be 1-5 acres with high security fence and supplemental thorny bush growing in fence. A compound will have gardens, fruit and nut trees and maybe chickens, goats and maybe milk cows. A farm will typically be larger and will produce vegetables or crops for sale. A ranch and station are pretty much the same thing, with a focus on cattle or sheep.

So glad you did this video. I first discovered this Miracle tree from De. Sebi.. Been using it daily for 5 yrs. Now....People, no that this tree has no pest at all and each part can be consumed. The seeds in the pod when chewed will make your drink sweet. I am 64 now and have one bit of advice. DO not buy it from India where they may add metals to the powder.. Get it from Hawaii or elsewhere. Make sure it is pure if you do not have the tree yourself. You can plant the seed and start your own. Also, do not consume more than 5 tablespoons per day. the iron content is very very high. The leaves can be boiled, dried leaves to make your own powder. or use fresh leave in cooking. The fact remains, that in 2016 approx, the plant was discovered to save many the babies in Africa. That region did not even know what they were right in their own backyard.

Later ,my friend who ended up being my primary doctor, she referred me to another specialist who diagnosed me with "STILLS Disease". It has all symptoms like rheumatoid arthritis but more painful and complicated. So, he prescribed me to take infusions of actimura. After six months, the pain went away, after a year, my body started to look normal, after two years, the hair on my skin started to grow,....it is long story, but the end, I ended up stopping the medication( the decision was again the Dr's wish) but I was no longer on pain and I want to clean the body by using (moringa, neem, noni, and aloe vera). The results did surprise the Dr, because I told him that I can do blood work every 3 month to make sure that the disease is not coming back. Good morning! My lovely Aunt found you and she send me your video. There’s 2 doctors I follow and now your my 4th 😊. I’m going to speak in opposite term: WHY??? I say I don’t longer have anything. I say things out loud positive I am a big believer with so much faith and my #1 is Lord and Jesus. So I’ve been saying for a month won’t need the injection of Cimzia! When I visit my rheumatologist, at check out the girl told me oh you no longer need your Cimzia shot. Those were happiest words to here!!! it's incredible it's like God spoke through her. I did make appointment now for June. Treatment for: Sever Rheumatoid Arthritis/Spondylitis/Fibromyalgia. As a doctor you should understand that when you take many prescriptions you get constipated and it’s been a main issue. I am a person that likes to do everything natural like our ancestors. I hate medication !!! I love to do research. So I was looking for another product that may help me. As I’m doing my research on KZbin I come across a couple they both have it and they purchase clear capsule to fillup with moringa. My brain just clicked and I said I’m taking too little in my mixture every morning in my coffee. it's been a month my husband and my aunt says I'm overdoing it. Is good to be normal and pain free. With The condition of severe weather so we've been having I would've been with a higher level 10 of pain and I would've been trying to meditate and telling myself that it wasn't so strong. now taking so much moringa is a bit of discomfort. Now for 26 years I drink American decaf coffee. I love Cuban coffee but once a blue moon. 2022 November I had to go with lots of caffeine. I had brain fog, walked like 80 year old upstairs to work or elevator and my symptoms started coming back to fatigue, shaky hands, burning knees, Joint pain, speech, brain fog, swollen feet, muscle spasms, no energy, my jaw will get tired to eat, and sensitive skin to touch. I worked for four months they let me go for downsizing. When you are clear and learn how to manage your pain. It's difficult I'm not gonna lie. It makes life easier your day by day easier why because of four months that I attended work I didn't miss a day, even if it was the worst day! Working is the best thing for you! Your memory is amazing and dealing with patience and remembering who they were and what they needed on my behalf it was the healthiest for me. I am looking for work and I'll take it as God is waiting for the right one for me. The past 2 years I used to take 14 medication. I went down to three major medication. Prednisone is your worst enemy there was a time I didn’t have the strength just to get up from bed without it. I went decreasing the amount it was a back-and-forth battle making me worse and ended up in ER. Lost of Appetite ended up buying more nutrition and organic powders vegetables, fruit power, chicken broth collagen not to lose my hair due a medication. Still working to remove the medication's that are left.

Dr Berg I find your manner of speech to be the most pleasant of all the Doctors I have heard on You Tube. Also I have benefitted immensely from the information you share here. I have had no energy for 30 years but now I am bouncing with energy and elevated mood and am a much happier person for it. My brain function has improved immensely, allowing me to think up ideas for my life and I have and am still actually implemented them now. It is as if all the sugar I was eating had created a prison for my mind by suppressing my mood and ability to think and act! My doctor is an Indian, although he may be too Americanized as he never suggests any natural ingredients to help with my aches and pains, he just sends in a prescription even though he knows I don’t like taking drugs. In spite of that, when my family moved to a state very far from me I stayed behind because he is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Isn’t that pitiful?
@tamitatangoto51342 жыл бұрын
@@lolaottinger6976 Yes dear Lola that is pitiful. Considering that Dr Berg can help heal anything that ails you, I don't think you need to cling to this Indian doctor that pushes Western medicine on you despite the fact that you don't like to take it. I 100% agree with you that Western medicine is poison in all its many forms.(Don't get me wrong I'm not a total freak about it, I do take antibiotics when needed, and at times I've had to have other drugs to save my life. They are good for emergencies the 911 types.) I wouldn't say that your Indian doctor is the best for you. Maybe you need to rethink that, and head to where your family is, because let's face it to get through these Last CRITICAL Days of this World 🌎 we need our family if they are a good influence on us, especially!! Scripture reference to go along with my bold statement about The Last Days. (Daniel 2: 44,; Isaiah 9: 6, 7,; 2Timothy 3: 1~5) Sincerely TAMI 🙋🏼💞😇

I grew a few Moringa Oleifera trees a few years ago and ate the leaves like spinach. I got a great energy boost! I made the mistake of planting them too soon in the ground as the deer love them! They ate the trees down to a nub and they were close to six feet when I moved them from my large pots to the ground. Time to get more seeds!

I would love to know how you grew these from seeds. I have tried several times and I can't get them to even start 😭

@@Knailgirl5456 I used my thumbnail to break through the outer husk of the seed and soaked them in water for a few days before moving them to planters. I used Miracle-Gro potting soil in the planters and pots I moved them to. You can also, use a razor blade to cut through the husk forming a small hole allowing the water in. I plant them shallow about the depth of my thumb joint.
