That's correct! For Resignation she sang the last parts in Korean, and the first parts in English (which she wrote- that was the twist, I guess)... Yes her original studio version was a duet ft. KZ doing the rap on the music video. She does have a version on the WishBus. Resignation she did the English translation and sang the last part on the original Korean. She reprised the song last year on her channel adding a verse in Tagalog and adjusting the English translation.

A korean friend of mine told me that for him her own twist on "Resignation" was that her performance made him cry like a baby for the first time although he had known this song for many years. Morissette is so outstanding as a singer, as a performer, as a storyteller, as a personality. It's impossible to not love her.

Hello Tommy ! In fact the second time around for Mori in South Korea was a lot better compared to the year she sang the combo of SLS and Emotions. The emotion, the key change and the switching of language between english to korean in the last verse.. the twist is (resignation is a korean song) she and her team translated it in english but they keep the last part in korean. Mori cannot speak korean thats why she ask her korean friend about the correct pronunciation of the words. She learn and sang it perfectly.

tom! are you korean? but you did not noticed the last part of the song was sung in korean! that song a lot of people said its famous in korean song by lee sung i guess i said it right on the beginning translator said the name even mori the power house of that song! a lot of korean reactors noticed and admired more mori for perfect diction of korean language on that song! i guess you grow in US, but sure your mom.knows that song, let her hear that song coz i think that a liitle bit old song!

No they did not do one in 2019 or 2020 because of Covid Word had it was invited...but they cancelled the show and 2021 not looking good either...Time will tell And ThrowBack was One of her Originals She wrote when she started out.....got an amazing beat to it, and at the very begining of clip they announced Morissette helped design the stage for this Appearance( At the end you can see her tears)

Little side note...I am new to Your channel....But have a couple Korean Friends and they told me as a Culture they are Taught to respect any Artist by holding applause till the end, And Show Respect for the artist By Listening. Now of course some of the younger ones, do not follow the Old ways...Too Much Western influx, and like here are a bunch of screaming nuts, to point can not hear what the artist is doing...so some do do some applause before the artist begins.....But If you watch other Korean artist or those who preform they hold up preforming till it is calmed down ...I know many will disagree with me....but that is fine. Korean are Very Honorable People

모리셋은 일반인이나 비전문가가 들을땐 음색이 좋고 감정이 좋아서 상당히 잘부르는것 처럼 들릴수도 있지만 전문가들이 평가한것보면 실력있는가수인건 맞지만 보컬테크닉적으로보면 세계정상 탑가수들에비해선 보컬능력이 상당히 떨어지고 단점들이 상당히많다 필리핀가수들은 감정은 좋은데 하나같이 음정이 불안하다 고음부를때도 흑인들 특유에 목긁는듯한 소울창법 흉내내는가수들이 엄청많다 겉멋만 들어서 뭔가 부족한느낌
