As someone who worked in an in-patient treatment facility, to not have checked on a person on 15 minute rounds is inexcusable!!! If we missed ONE, it was automatically recorded and reported and you can bet there was a follow up from a supervisor! The facility can make all the excuses they want, but they are definitely liable for this girls death...

It really was. Mormons, even though they claim to have direct contact with god, seem to struggle with life and good decisions just as much as everyone else.
