The name Winchester caught my eye immediately. That's what I named my Jeep lol. I named it after my favorite characters in my favorite tv show 😁 The camp site looks pretty darn nice. Haha I would say that you are annoyed. I feel your pain. Been there did that. Um doesn't mean you're old. I've gotten annoyed most of my life 😆 I do love the big cathedral. Absolutely gorgeous! I am loving this town. So many amazing old buildings. The ruins of the castle is amazing! Beautiful shot of the canal and that little bridge. Oh man that arch building is awesome. That may be my fave so far! I'd love to know the pig story. Great pics. But how could they not be? Such an amazing town. I feel your annoyance passed LOL. Cool you got to meet up with a subscriber and have a drink. A great adventure. Look forward to your next.

Lovely looking site. The Hampshire Hog was commissioned by the council to celebrate their centenary in 1989. There are some who say the Hampshire Hog was a sheep, guess it's one of life's mysteries 😊. Winchester is a lovely place to visit, your lovely video has reminded me I need to go back for another visit. Happy Travels looking forward to the next chapter of your adventure.

Thank you for showing us Winchester, it’s been on my list of places to visit for some time (H) so much history there and I do like a good Cathedral. We will be there in a few weeks so hopefully the Christmas Markets will be in full swing. Safe travels, best wishes H&M. 😀

We loved it there. We wanted to go into the Cathedral but it was £27 each so we walked away. It has the longest nave apparently and looks amazing. The Cathedral cafe is very nice. It’s a beautiful city and glad we visited. 😃👍🏻🚐💙 Trev n Sue

Lovely site guys I don’t think we’ve ever visited Winchester so must rectify that. The historic area and Cathedral is somewhere we would be fascinated by. Safe travels to Sussex - my home county and Brighton where I was born!

Hi Trev and Sue so sorry late commenting on these videos I am catching up again I have been floored by another chest infection and have been back in hospital again hopefully now will be feeling much better for Christmas! We love Winchester and it’s about two hours from home via Oxford we have had many happy holidays in Hampshire around the new Forest and also stayed near hamble as well it’s such a lovely city with loads of things to see love the cathedral and the round table! If you are that way again hamble le rice is pretty and warsash and if you get chance netley abbey and royal Victoria country park are well worth visiting! glad to see Ethel she made it easier to get about Trev I’ve had the same with parking and near to us in Kidderminster a car park is now ringo only and best bit is no mobile reception! Oh Daniel we are so sorry you had to be readmitted to hospital. Take good care over Christmas and stay in the warm. It’s never too late we always enjoy your comments and feedback. I think I am a little stuck in my ways but have acknowledged that payment cards are here to stay but Apps are just too unreliable and fiddly for my liking. There are too many of them and they rarely make any sense. It appears to be an easy solution for councils to collect money, without realising the difficulties for drivers. But hang on… do they actually want to get rid of drivers? There’s a thought 😉 Ethel really helps when there’s 4 of us together. We have already identified a few more trips for Ethel next year. 👍🏻😃🚐🎄💙 Trev n Sue

Trev, with regard to the carpark, the one at Southwold apparently was issuing parking tickets to people because they had taken to long to get a ticket, the problem was they were in a que for the ticket machine !!!!!!!!!!

@@merv690 Sounds plausible. More examples of the same old problem of jobsworth. One of our most regular grumps is parking. Whether it’s Apps, tickets machines that only take cards or tiny spaces. Suffolk is as bad as many other places in the UK. We should look to Europe for tourist friendly parking 🅿️ Hope you could get the ticket refunded 🙁 Trev

RE THE PIG...probably our nickname for Hampshire..Hampshire Hogs Hampshire was home to wild boar for centuries, which were often hunted by the Royal Family
