Amazing morning escalation routine 🙌🏼 thanks Frank 😎 3 rounds 10 pushups 20 mountain climbers 20 bicycle crunches 30 sec low plank 10 burpees 1-2 min Break 20 pushups 30 mountain climbers 30 bicycle crunches 30 sec low plank 10 burpees 1-2 min Break 30 pushups 40 mountain climbers 40 bicycle crunches 30 sec low plank 10 burpees Check this out and have fun 👉🏼 1 or 2 rounds are a good morning routine as well, with not such an escalation 😅

Amazing stuff! All your vids are so well done. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools?
