Most kids remember exciting things like cruises and any type trips with family, people who don’t remember much are typically narcissists.

Agree, we need to have our heads on a swivel. Unfortunately, this world will not change or go back to what it was. We are beyond that. Trusting in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 🙏

hey tim, i am 64, i remember as far back as 1966-67 being 6 or 7 years old, i remember we as kids had to walk a few blocks probably about 200 yards total, to the elementary school! there were no small or big buses to ride back then. at this time, i remember the "old folks" who were parents of my neighborhood freinds as kids, would tell us all not to go to the back area of st.clair high school in lyndhurst ohio because in the field area behind the school was a man who chopped peoples heads off!! (obviously that was the neighborhoods parents way of keeping us kids close to our houses. (btw, i also remember my mom making me wear a yellow rain jacket with a yellow hood that made me feel uncomfortable along with black rubbers for my shoes!! but i just think back to when their was no cable tv, (just 3 to 4 local channels, no cell phones and back then i feel that people talked more to each other and only every now and then would you have a long talk on the home phone with a cord with your friend or for me, if it was a pretty girl from the neighborhood! today if i go to the grocery store or gas station and its maybe down the road from me, why would i take my phone with me, risk losing it etc? like who is going to call me during this time and if it is important, they can leave a voice mail. some people have told me "what happens if you have car trouble" i say "what did we do before cell phones in the 1970s and 1980s"? i feel that if more people would stop being afraid to talk to strangers and put the damn phone away just for a couple of hours, they would realize its kind of like someone who smokes cigerettes, they can't leave without it and its a bad habit!

Just asked my kids. They remember when we went on the Disney cruise 🚢 twice.
@chrisgooglemapsКүн бұрын
I laugh when I hear about people spending THOUSANDS to take their kids to Disney World. The kid isn’t gonna remember it. If they’re 12 and still into it, different deal. They’re 5. But then again, many of these people are “Disney adults” and use the kid as their excuse.

Well said Tim! I do remember when I was a kid watching tv back in the day it was a black and white with rabbit ears on top with ten foil around it and changing the channel with a pair of pliers 🤣

I would be afraid to take a very young child on a cruise./I have maybe one memory about age 3 and a few starting at about age 6. Today is more stressful due to too much information all at once./Tip for safety is: If you see something, say something.

Welcome Back Tim. Praying for you and Ms T to be better soon and back at it. I’m ready to see you grill a cowboy steak. Yes, God is running the show, but He is glorified on the technology we all have access to for personal protection. You can love the Lord and still exercise your God given Constitutional rights. This is a team Jesus effort! Prayers continue for JV as well.

Nice to see you back. Someone is impersonating me below. They have been reported. Just a heads up to everyone to make sure it is actually me in any post you see.
@SuzyQ-r4q2 күн бұрын
@SuzyQ-r4g You are impersonating my channel. That is against YT rules.
@SuzyQ-r4q2 күн бұрын
@SuzyQ-r4g You better go read the terms of use policy. Here, I will help you out. Channel impersonation: A channel that copies another channel's profile, background, or overall look and feel in such a way that makes it look like someone else's channel. The channel does not have to be 100% identical, as long as the intent is clear to copy the other channel. Personal impersonation: Content intended to look like someone else is posting it.
@SuzyQ-r4q2 күн бұрын
If anyone was fooled by this impersonator and thought it was me. Please report.

@SuzyQ-r4g Screenshot your comments to show your intent. We will see what KZbin thinks.
