Making the morning coffee for the house. Using Bezzera Aria PID and Baratza Sette 30. The kings beans please subscribe!
Using a blend of a few coffees here. One blend for the milk based drink to give it rich dark flavors that cut through the milk and honey.
The Americano is a blend of a decaf and a smooth medium roast with mild acidity and nutty finish.

How stable has the temperature been?

I’m actually working on a video for this. Going to make several drinks in succession and measure the temps for you. Stay tuned. So far I see the machine is able to keep up with my speed easily. I’m pretty slow though..
