Mika's book is called "Knowing Your Value", which is meant to be a lesson to all women in the workplace. It's hard to take her seriously, when Joe consistently treats her like shit, and she just sits there and takes it. They remind me of a married couple keeping up appearances. Even though you have no proof and never see any bruises, you just know he beats her when they're alone.

Even before this happened I was going to complain. Mika gets the brunt of Joe's rudeness, but Steve Rattner and Donny Deutsch are frequent targets. In fact, for a while I thought Donny was purposely designated as Joe's foil, in a misguided attempt to make Joe appear more dominant? intelligent? ____??? Many times Joe interrupts or talks over a panel member who is trying to say something that I wanted to hear. Joe needs to be disciplined!

When I used to watch that show even I was frustrated at how much Joe goes on and on and on. Everyone else has to bite their tongue and wait for an opening.
