Mr. Ben I have been doing the hip flexor stretch for the third day today and I think my lower back is feeling a bit better already. Today, I saw your video from about 5 years ago, doing the same stretch. In that video, I noticed you were sitting on two foam pads of different colours and thickness with a coil like pattern. My tush has been trying to give me pressure sores for about 6 months now. I have tried all sorts of cushions and combinations of cushions and sometimes change the configuration 3 times a day. I have never seen foam like you had in the 5 year old video. Any suggestions or videos on seating pads or pressure sores? Thank you for your inspiration. You have gotten me exercising. For me, it has been slow progress. Probably because of my age, 76 and my muscular decline. You are the best!! RonZ
