When I say this was a hard video to make I mean that it's hard to bring up these old emotions as it doesn't even feel like I'm that person anymore. Writing the script I cried but more about how proud of myself for going on this journey. Also remembering the steps brought back some happy memories. If you watched the whole thing then thank you for your time ❤

thank you for talking about this, I'm in my forties and I feel like I really am good at filling my own time. I live in a small village where there isn't much opportunity to meet people, but it's nice to be reminded about the things I can do to get out there. It would be nice to meet somebody and get to know them and I've come to realise lately that I just have to make the extra effort

Hey Joel. I'll be honest with you I love this comment. Seems like you know exactly where you are and how you can steer things into whichever direction you want it to. Assuming responsibility isn't easy but it's empowering

Thank you so much for this heartfelt video. You are so right about all of it. We need to put work in improving our lives. But of course the first step is acknowledgement and acceptance.

It's tough but loneliness doesn't have to be your only option. You have to work at it.

And I’ve not seen my dad in 14 or 15 years of my life so I don’t really give a dam about him and his family

When are the workouts coming back
@AdaptToPerformАй бұрын
Hey Matthew I'm focusing more on doing information based content currently. Yes there will be workouts in the future but after doing over 200 I wanted to diversify!
