This song's been kicking around since Kid A. I can only imagine the dozens of iterations it went through before it got here. Hell, it was probably a modular techno track and free-jazz track at some point, knowing how this band works.

It was a serious with Brandon Gleason a retired policeman who was looking for this murderer who lived in his mother's cellar. Very weird personality and devious as well. They played this song to start one episode with him dancing vigorously to the beat and I was hooked then and there with this song.
