This song's been kicking around since Kid A. I can only imagine the dozens of iterations it went through before it got here. Hell, it was probably a modular techno track and free-jazz track at some point, knowing how this band works.

When it first came out, I did not understand "The King of Limbs". I remember not liking it and being disappointed in the album, especially as the "In Rainbows" follow-up. Then I saw these performances and everything changed.

It was a serious with Brandon Gleason a retired policeman who was looking for this murderer who lived in his mother's cellar. Very weird personality and devious as well.
