Let's start the morning on our feet, with this non stop pilates flow from top to toe routine. This 10 minute supper speedy pilates class is great for when you are rushed for time, at home or on your lunch break in the office, as you won't even need a mat; it's all standing! You will feel taller, stronger and more energised as we work the entire body from top to toe, non stop for 10 minutes. You might even build up a little sweat too!
