Happy to see you're back! For Milo, I would recommend putting some cardboard in there for him to chew since he is showing a lot of interest in it, he might prefer that texture or it might just be what he's used to. It's completely safe for them and my own bunnies absolutely LOVE chewing up cardboard. I have seen them dig at it sometimes too. I have heard of people using those cardboard cat scratch things for their bunnies to dig at and chew so that will be the next thing I get for my buns, maybe you can try it out too and see if Milo likes it!

Its nice to see someone talking about the risks of E.cuniculi, I have/have had multiple EC piggies (not infected by me, I dont keep rabbits) so its unfortunately safe to assume all my herds are carriers now.

I gave my pigs a crazy hay ball, a timothy twist, and a willow heart. Their favorite was the willow heart, they love crunchy textures! I’m totally ordering them a timothy poop now!💩🐹🐷❤️

Rabbits have hair padded feet, not skin padded, the right gauge wire will not cause sore hock. They are more likely to get sore hock by being on hardwood floors from turning around on their hocks constantly(think of it as like when you slide across the hardwood floor bare skinned)

My bun thrives off of any pigment free boxes thrown her way, we make them into toys a ton! Or just hides!! Really helps her dig and play with fun shapes she can move. Also we tried a few different shapes of cat litter boxes and it's a hit or miss on the vibe check 😅 good luck!!!

I just found your channel and have really appreciated being educated on the proper care of Guinea Pigs. I had a Piggy for 12 years when I was young and now realize that we could have done better. Now at age 57, I'm considering getting back into them. I always get my animals from rescues. I am in Northeastern Pennsylvania and was wondering how to get in touch with the rescue you work with. I also loved that you mentioned e-coniculi!!! I don't own rabbits but both my piggies have it. flare ups are less common in guinea pigs and they can happen over years. My piggies just went to the vet today and they are no longer having symptoms. E-Coniculi can not be cured but can be treated. Please be careful!!! My piggies will always have it. I am only 15 and only have room in my bedroom for two piggies. Once I move out, i plan to have rabbits so I would be extremely catious with having piggies around buns!

I have just about a half hour ago purchased 2 young females. I need to know what I need. I have a chinchilla that eats the pellets and hay already. I have them in a large cage 40" L x 17" W. This is temporary, until I can learn how to make your large ones. Plus I need to learn set-ups.

I was so happy when I heard on Instagram that you were coming back on youtube! My Harriet loves all kinds of hay and orchard is a favorite! Harriet is a skinny and loves everything hay, but need to be faster as all the hay balls are sold out,lol! Harriet did love your liner and how soft it was! I know as she kept it clean the longest! So nice to see Milo and all your piggies!

When i had a rabbit he would drink alot too so i kept 2 bowls one in his room and one id just set up so that i could give him his water clean his bowl and not have to go back and forth so much.

I have an automatic water from my Rabbit because of that and I honestly didn’t know that they drink as much as a dog or cat until they got one as well so he definitely wasn’t getting enough water from the water bottle and my rabbit also gets his incredibly dirty too but since it’s automatic, I usually don’t have to change it at least for a week or so. Obviously if he’s running low on it, he will get some more.

Question I have a 1 guinea pig she currently living in a 2 by 3 cage ( I am getting a another one don't worry we got her a month ago and found out she was only 2 weeks old when we first got her. Hi! I wanted to ask a question, is a 2x5 C&C cage too Big for 2 female Guinea pigs? 🤔Today I was out looking at Guinea pigs, and the breeder said that it was very big and it would probably be better if I made it smaller (the Guinea pigs are 4 and 6 weeks old). I initially bought a 2x4 but I got extra grids and I thought the bigger the better, but now I’m unsure. Should I make it smaller? And the breeder said I shouldn’t buy any toys for the Guinea pigs too which made me confused.

That breeder is giving you very wrong information. The larger the cage THE BETTER! Also, given them as many toys possible. Anything they can play with/chew on is super beneficial for them! (Just make sure it’s safe) I recommend checking out our site as we have 100% safe toys for piggies 🐷

You can try a washer replacement kit. Comes with a variety. Works for me well. I've had the same water bottles for years. Just clean them well. 35:24
