Scott MacKay ( / @scottmackay8351 ) gave me his permission to re-build his 1980 recordings of Robert J. Lurstema’s beloved early morning birds / classical music overtures for Lurstema’s radio show on WGBH. I wanted to use the audio for waking up and the original recordings cut off too abruptly for a smooth beginning to the day.
These files are based on the source list at www.wgbhalumni... and match the timing, the birds, the fade-ins and fade-outs of the six originals. Enjoy!
