Hi Jessica! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and for taking time to be so accessible. You sparked my interest in Mary Ruth's multivitamin. Since you have a lot of experience with this particular vitamin, I'm wondering what your opinion is on their change in formula. I know some say their quality and quantity in nutrients have suffered as well as the yummy taste. How do you feel about the changes and have you noticed a difference, or adjusted your dosage? Thanks!

This is such a great video... so informative! We are a Mary Ruth’s family thanks to you! One question: Can you share a little bit more about why you supplement with D3 and B12 when Mary Ruth’s already has the recommended daily value? Is it just because these are so important and can’t really be overdone (and for the second type of B12 you mentioned in the spray?) Thanks Jess!!

I also have my morning vitamin routine! I never hear about vitamins in a liquid form. That's very handy!

My biggest concern with B12 and B complex is although they may help with mental health I believe it can trigger anxiety or jittery feeling in some ppl.

Question, the Mary Ruth multivitamin doesn’t have the other vitamins you talk about in it? Like the D3 and the B vitamins? Or just not in high enough quantities?

So do you take all of these each morning? I always thought we were supposed to take our vitamins at night. B vitamins always morning though.

I use to hate on supplements like whoa. I was eating super clean and thought it was enough. It wasn’t. Our soil nutrition isn’t what it should be. And our environment is crap. We need more nutrition than we can consume in a day, even through a clean diet, just to tip the scales back in our favor. It’s not ideal, but neither is our world anymore. 😆

Do you take all the B vitamins together? Is there such a thing as getting too much of a particular vitamin and is it dangerous? For example, if a multi vitamin already has b complex, is it necessary to add further supplementation?

Good Video. I am curious about something however... I know that you mentioned that you like several brands of zinc. However, you appear to be holding Eidon's Ionic Zinc Liquid Concentrate, yet you linked for Good State. Is there any reason for that?
@JessicaJSpiers4 жыл бұрын
Hi there, thank you! Unfortunately the Eidon's kept going out of stock, so I wanted to link the zinc I order whenever that happens. I appreciate you stopping by!

Thank you for this video. Why do we need a multivitamin plus individual vitamins? Is that over doing it? Or are you just showing options and not recommending all.

Hi Jessica, can you please film and show us how you set all your vitamins and minerals up and actually how you take them in the morning. Is it all in one sitting or do you time slot them out, or take after food etc. Here in Australia we are heading into winter and with the past year we have had (covid) I am on a mission to heighten mine and my families health and immunity. Being here in Australia 🇦🇺 if you have any other vitamin and mineral brands that are easier for myself to get my hands on please let me know, many thanks and stay safe 🙏🏻💕✌🏻
@angelaventura70943 жыл бұрын
You're absolutely right and she should comment on this. You can't take everything all at once because it is overkill and certain vitamins compete with each other for absorption. So, it will be a waste of money and supplements. Also, certain vitamins need to be taken on an empty stomach while others need to be with food. You really need to write it all down and do it right because otherwise it is a waste of time and money. Too bad she doesn't take the time to respond to these types of questions because they are extremely important. Unfortunately, it causes me to believe she's more concerned with profiting from the links than she is for our actual health. You will end up spending all that money on those supplements, but if you take them wrong, you might as well not take them at all.

@@angelaventura7094 I love Jessica’s channel and think she is very professional and helpful. Her channel has already helped me in such a positive way, I do not wish to bad mouth her or put her down in any way. Peace ☮️ ✌🏻

@@amyhutchinson8442 I'm glad she's helped you. I'm new here so can't say the same quite yet. I'm also not trying to bad mouth but I'm giving my honest first impression/opinion. After a video like this people are going to have questions, as did I, but in scrolling down in the comments I realized she's not one to respond to too many questions. That leads me to form an opinion that may sound like bad mouthing, but it's just honest.
