Campbell River looks so calm. I used to live there when I was in my early teens. Ill be there the first week of June am visiting my dad, cousin and a few friends. My cousin is a fishing guide. I want him to teach me how to fish. I have never been before. Thanks for the video.

yes Dan, thank you very much for you and Angie showing me around all links & sights of Campbell River. My so works with BC Ferries out of Nanaimo. I lived in BC for 31 years and then moved to St. John's Newfoundland for 5 yrs. It's time to come home. I'm not sold on going back to White Rock. I have always liked the northern part of the island. I like the out doors and I leave here September 1st. May drive back again for the 4th time. What is the population there now. Best regards thx again Angie v.

My childhood friend's son and son-in-law live in Vancouver, it's a great place to visit! One year we did some exploring out of the city and visited Campell River also a nice place to visit. If you love great seafood, cool boats and cold water it's the place to be!! Round trip Chicago to Vancouver via WestJet, they rule!! Nice tour with some places we didn't have time to check out, thanks!!

Great video Ray. We are coming to Campbell River in June and your walk helps us picture the town and waterfront . We are planning to Geocache in the area and the waterfront walk has a ton of them. I thought we had a lot of geocaching in Oregon but Vancouver Island is crazy with geocaching .Jeff T from Bend .

Thanks for the interesting walk along the sea shore, it was very well done. It's good for us Aussies to follow a realaxing walk around an area that we probably won't get to in person. We were wondering how come Anne has a boat?
@LoveYourRV8 жыл бұрын
You're very welcome. Anne uses the boat to sightsee, relaxation and view the wildlife and she just loves the ocean and being on the water. Here is a video I did last summer when I went out with her for a boat trip - kzbin.info/www/bejne/gKDNY56ofsioiK8

We're considering a move from Ontario to the island. Not yet sure if Campbell River is too far north for us.
@LoveYourRV6 ай бұрын
Campbell River is about as far north as you can go on the Island and still get pretty good weather. It gets much cooler, cloudier and wetter after that. That's why not a whole lot of people live on the north island. Campbell River usually is a little hotter in the summer and more snow in the winter than say Victoria.
