Hahaha, indeed. It‘s rare for me to produce so many videos in advance. And a few more still scheduled. :)

Hi Nico, your insights about understanding why viewers subscribe made me reflect on something I’ve noticed in my niche. There are channels that gain millions of views with content like basic music compilations or even questionable messaging. Meanwhile, I’ve put a lot of effort into creating high-quality megamixes, even as a non-professional DJ. While I’m proud of my videos reaching thousands of views, I wonder: what’s the key difference that motivates viewers to engage with such massive numbers? Is it purely about the content, or does the emotional connection or perceived simplicity play a bigger role? Thanks for inspiring creators like me to keep learning and improving! 🙏

That is brilliant thinking buddy! Indeed, you obviously already do a great job at reaching people and maybe this opens up more room to grow for you. Especially for music on KZbin, we have a different kind of attention from viewers. Music videos are rather played in the background I guess. Maybe at a house party in your case. Or I play lofi hiphop in the background when doing my chores. We could really dive into the specific context in which your mixes are consumed. :) And then I can think of the mix selection process being important, too. Maybe people listen to the first seconds of a few mixes before deciding which one to leave playing… Anyways, there are my additional thoughts. I like that you mention e.g. „perceived simplicity“ which is probably about which songs you choose, right? I am certainly not deep enough into understanding your niche to comment on that but it really sounds like important aspects to study. 😃👌

@@Morningfame Hi Nico, thanks for the insight! I’ll keep my usual megamix style but also experiment with simpler mixes, as you suggested. It’s a great idea-I appreciate your feedback!

Interesting tool. Thanks for the efforts in creating it. However, I think the tool is more beneficial to large/established channels because new/small channels do not have enough comments that are needed for the analysis. Though the tool helps to highlight channels that it considers as "similar" or in the same niche. But these suggested channels will likely not have the required amount of comments to run the analysis too! Anyways, like I mentioned above, its an interesting tool/concept. Thanks for the efforts you put in creating this free tool. Keep up the good work. You're awesome!

Interesting thought pal! Indeed, this analysis does not work for very small channels due to the lack of comments. However, you can do it for large channels in your niche. If you use the Niche Spy to find similar channels or just enter other channels in the free tool then think of the „similar“ channels of those that attract the same audience that your small channel begins to attract. There are always larger channels that attract the same audience. They may not do the exact same content as you but as long as the same people with a particular interest watch these channels, it is relevant to you. You can learn what those viewers value so that you can adjust your own content. Overall it is all about defining your niche and then analyze the channels in it. Channels in a niche do not necessarily produce the same content but instead they are similar in regard to which people watch them. I hope that makes sense!

Are you using the free version of ChatGPT? If yes, then your prompts can only be half as long as the tool currently gives us. Simply remove half of the comments from the prompt. Luckily, the comments in the prompt are numbered which makes it easy to cut them in half.

Hmm, I tried the tool on one channel, and ChatGPT says that prompt is too long. No wonder, as it's a list of 486 items. Can this be adjusted somehow?
@Morningfame6 күн бұрын
Do you still have the original prompt? If yes, it would be awesome if you could send it to me via email. It actually should never be too long because I am counting tokens when preparing it. This way it always stays below 16k tokens. Or which version of ChatGPT are you using. Maybe it happens to be one with a smaller than 16k token window.
