The problem is that we allowed bad apples to rot at the top of the pile of apples in crucial service positions so that they could exploit the system to their advantage. Those rotten apples need to be removed. There are plenty of excellent apples of green, yellow, and red colour that, like our Boks, will mesmerise us with the tries they will score if given the chance to do so. The Minister of Electricity (nor Energy) showed what the good apples can do.
