Yay - I previously saw someone who boiled the mince before grinding it as opposed to sauteing it but couldnt find it again. I prefer making old school recipes instead of short cuts and was looking for some guidance.

It’s one traditional way of making it. Cooking it in boiling water would get rid of most of the fat.
