My youngest granddaughter used to sleepwalk. She out grew it though. Try not to think about it. We all go through mind mess ups. Sometimes we don’t realize the things we think about during the day affect us at night. Maybe watch something calming or funny before bed and that may help. You’re to kind to have boogie monsters in your mind. Try to look into meditation. Or even very relaxing exercises before bed.

Morpheus!! I was so excited when I saw this new video. I like shack shack. I use to live near one last year when I lived in NC. I’m now back up in NORTHERN PA! While I was there, I would get their burgers, fries and always always a brownie milkshake! Thank you for sharing your story at the end. I felt like we were out having coffee and sharing conversation.
