Correction to increasing bulk-forming foods for constipation:
"Increasing dietary fiber, fluid intake, and physical exercise are the backbone to prevention therapy... All types of laxatives can be used as initial therapy except for the bulk-forming laxatives... The only laxatives that should be avoided are the bulk-forming laxatives, like psyllium. These laxatives increase the bulk of the stools, distend the colon, and augment peristalsis. Opioids prevent peristalsis of the increased bulk which worsens abdominal pain and can contribute to bowel obstruction." - Opioid Induced Constipation (2021) - PMID: 29630236

so i just hit 14 pills of 5mg each gradually im in no trouble and i enjoy the night ?

ive never heard of 5 mg morphine. it should be in grains. halfs and quarters. 60 mg per grain. referring to comment below.

Grains are from the old apothecaries' system, and have mostly been replaced by the metric system. According to the article Medication Dispensing Errors And Prevention, "The use of apothecary measures are now part of the historical archives; weight measures like grains, drams, and minims have little meaning to the modern-day healthcare workers and should no longer be used."
