How do we fix the temp?. It's just mentioned low, medium and high? How do we know the exact celcius of low medium and high?

Hey! I am sorry for the late reply. As per your query, after digging around and going through the manual there is no direct information available for the temperature. But they have very smartly mentioned what the low, mid and high are for. Like low is melting ice cream, med low to soften butter or defrost, high for reheat, milk, boil water, etc.

Hey! It does lit up when the timer is running for the whole time!

This means company has provided a lamp inside and it lits up when the timer is ON. One can easily see from the outside glass whether the tea inside (for eg.) have started boiling and is not spilling out. Is my understanding correct? pls confirm, thanks

Hey! The biggest difference between the two is the oven capability which 20MWS offers. While 20ms is an entry level basic microwave for heating.
