Clear and concise recipe. The authenticity of his native tongue makes me trust his recipes more... I am not Jamaican but I know Jamaican cuisine is made from the heart and it's not a rushed process. The amount of Mickey Mouses out there trying it with their Ja-fakin' recipes... The patois wasn't overly used that someone can't understand the recipe... However, if the new recipe edit shines the spotlight on his channel, then more power to him!
