Even then, Madam Bo had some time in the spotlight to be cool before anybody even registered the Thought that she was bo rai cho. (I mean, she's ex Lin kuei, And that whole fight between her, smoke and the Shaolin, She setup that test herself INCLUDING smoke yeeting her off the balcony to her 'death'. ) So by the time anybody even theorized about it, they already grew to like her anyway. With Femtor and Cy-Rack, it's fully confirmed, There was no time given to like them before it was found out, And unlike making them cooler like with madam bo, They took two already cool cyber ninjas and Made them Waaaay lamer. (Cyrax doesn't even have the cyber net anymore it's a damn goo grenade, at least mk9 guy-Rax still used a net gadget. If they got rid of the saws too Imma lose it.)

Yeah but that aside, she's not fat, not drunk, And not A grossout character. Plus she looks older than him by quite a bit, if you compare her to his MKX appearance. She's just a badass grandma from a ninja clan. Teaching Kung and Raiden, and having Bo in the name is about the only Obvious parallel to bo rai cho. Even then with the latter, Bo is a common sounding Chinese name (and apparently the 213th most common surname in China if you're willing to trust Wikipedia, which I'm NOT.) Even I didn't think anything of it until somebody else pointed out the name. Still, Until NRS themselves give the greenlight it might as well still be just a popular theory.

The gender swap for Ketchup and Mustard doesn't bother me. My husband repeatedly says that he likes Frost's gameplay (both in 11 and in 1 as a cameo) better than Sub Zero's because it is more creative and visually interesting. We are NOT new fans....we were OG arcade, pre- home console players....we were there for Mortal Monday, so it isn't like we don't have deep fan love for Sub Zero. I think sometimes when they gender swap they put EXTRA effort into their moves and gameplay to win over fans. ...so I am interested. I want GhostFace's cameo to be locked to a second GhostFace. That would be awesome and make for GREAT fatality animations. Terminator 2:Judgment Day LOOOVE the T-1000. Did they get Robert Patrick to voice?!?! CONAN! This will be awesome. What if....hear me out... What if Sub-Zero goes through the cybernetic program with Cyrax and Sektor and his cyborg version becomes Noob Saibot? They could change the way his powers work in the new era. Instead of being turned into a revenant by Quan Chi, maybe part of him "dies" during the cybernetic process and that somehow gives him a hybrid of darkness/ice powers? Like the cold chill of death/darkness, or something like that. That way they're not completely killing off Sub-Zero, and they're still able to have both cyber Sub-Zero and Noob in the new timeline as one character. I really think they're gonna change the cyber Lin Kuei and Noobs stories drastically, because if Sub-Zero dies and becomes Noob then there is no one to take the Sub-Zero mantle in the future since Kuai Liang is Scorpion now. And how would he still maintain status as grandmaster if becomes Noob? Also in Sub-Zero's ladder ending he says Sektor advised him to build an army from science not sorcery. In the image they show they make it seem like Sektor was a man working on a cyborg. Sub-Zero even gave Sektor credit for his genius implying that Sektor is the scientist working in the image. Idk maybe I'm thinking too hard about all of this lol

Even if they are Genderbend, I’m still Happy Sektor and Cyrax are going to be Playable Characters again since MK9, it’s a Monkeys Pawn Wish but I will take it, Noob Saibot, Hell Yeah, to me he’s a Character that should be in every Game, especially how Kenshi is a Puppet Fighter with the Kameo System the Possibilities are Endless, Ghostface would be a Unique Slasher to adapt, especially with a Stunt Double Mechanic from Johnny in MKX and MK11, T-1000 I’m down as his Dialogues with Peacemaker and Conan would be Legendary and his Ability would be the Closest to Khrome in Mortal Kombat, and Conan would be tricky, I have no idea how NRS would adapt him in his Gameplay, I predict it would be similar to Kotal and Rambo but with a Horse and Jax with a Sword, I would need to see more in Red Sonja, the Reboot, and the TV Series to see how it goes, all in all I love KP2 Choices, I’m still not losing hope Jade will appear in MK1, as for Kung Jin I never liked the Character, in fact he’s my Least Favorite Kombat Kid and Character in the entire Franchise but because he has a Redesign and the Roster lacks Archers, I can see Jin returning in the Game, and honestly as much as I want to see Cassie and Jacqui return as Playable Characters and can see them appearing in the Game, I don’t know if they will appear in MK1, to be fair I would rather see Sonya and Kano Return than them just to come the OG Roster in MK1.

I'm sort of indifferent to Cyrax being gender swapped in MK1. I don't hate it, but I don't fully agree with the decision, either. But Sektor becoming a female makes absolutely no sense to me. Mind you, we've already seen Sektor's body shape in Sub-Zero's Arcade ending, and wouldn't you know it, he looks like a f*cking dude. Unless they for some reason want to make Sektor trans or something, which I don't feel would go well anyway, there's little to no reason to have Sektor be a woman in MK1 other than for NRS to say "f*ck it, more gender equality".

Look not everything needs to be changed. Look how poorly star wars and doctor who have done because of changes they have made to core characters and retcons. MK has always been consistant and it works. These changes if they are real are not required for the success of the franchise and will leave a sour taste for future releases.

In some other video I watched in the past, that the MK1 Arcade endings are possibly canon and the most mentioned characters in the intros could be making a return to MK1 like Jax and Jade.

I honestly don’t like that the t1000 is going to be a guest character. We already have the terminator in mk11 we don’t need another one. But how cool would it be if we got riot from the venom movie he kinda has similar powers to the t1000.(don’t kill me for opinion plz😭) I really want Arron black and jade in mk1. Ghost face as a character is rlly not that bad he/she is always clumsy so it would be pretty funny if they charged at and trips and accidentally stabs I that would be cool.

Finally! Sounds somebody is saying that T-1000 is not going to be a guest character. But you should know that Ghostface, Conan, and T-1000 are all random guest characters, lame, and unrelated to the violent superhero genre. And they’re also so different from Omni-Man, Peacemaker, and Homelander. In other words we are getting more violent superheroes who are based on the comics and the streaming series (Amazon Prime Video and HBO Max). So, get used to it now!

The T-1000 doesn't have the capability to create firing weapons hence why he only makes stabbing weapons whilst utilising actual firing weapons. The T-800 mentions that the T-1000 is only liquid metal so he can't make complicated things such as firing mechanism etc.

I remember seeing an interview with ed boon saying, the game doesn't work if you don't have the main popular characters, shang tsung, Lui Kang, Johnny cage, Raiden, Sonya and the two ninjas scorpion AND sub zero. So if there's no sub zero it won't work, it would work seeing as kuai Liang is scorpion, the lin kuie kidnaps hanzo and makes him a robot noob saibot.

It would be interesting to see multiple Ghost Faces on screen during special move. Let's face it, there are a lot of interesting potential game mechanics here. Maybe during fatalities, the killer could be unmasked and be randomly chosen from a variety of different appearances, both male and female.

In the movie, the T-800 tells John that the T-1000 cannot transform into objects with moving parts, which is why he has to use a separate gun rather than form his own.

It's established in the movie, T-1000 can't form machines such as guns and grenades, as they have chemicals and multiple components. As I recall, there was a petition demanding a new MK character that's like T-1000, except closer to impossible to destroy. Making the Terminator (T-800) a guest character was a mistake. He breaks the suspension of disbelief when you fight or play him. Even worse was when he reacts like everyone else in the Fatal Blows and Fatalities.

Something that I would’ve really liked for Noob is if it was actually Kuai Liang and sometime in MK2 he died and became noob. Then, Hanzo would’ve become scorpion and Noob Saibot would’ve hated Bi-Han instead of Hanzo. Just a cool idea a had, and I’m interested in seeing how new age Bi-Han portrays Noob.

Here is a guest character I want for Kombat Pack 3. This one was a possibility when a familiar ice cream truck was spotted in E3. The guest character I wish for is Needles Kane from Twisted Metal, otherwise known as Sweet Tooth. He was considered for DLC in Mortal Kombat 2011, but Warner Brothers went with Kratos from God of War instead. Honestly, I'm fine with that, despite that I wanted Sweet Tooth in the game more. Due to the success of the Twisted Metal TV series on Peacock last year, there could still be a chance for the deranged killer clown to join the roster.

If they stick with canon, the T1000 couldn't turn into weapons with complex moving parts, only knives, swords, and the like. If it has guns, they will be more conventional like Stryker or Rambo from previous games.
