The textures of characters looks MEDIUM graphic settings! What GPU are you using? Or is this from a console? FYI: a reasonable GPU like 2020's, NVIDIA 3070ti can record 4K 60fps while playing 4K 60fps, with all graphics MAX, using DLSS set to upscale from 1440p to 2160p in 60fps+.

alright, does anyone else find it amazing that after over 30 years of Mortal Kombat, they're still finding ways to make these fatalities fkn sick? Havik. full stop. has there ever been another character that maimed themselves in the process of killing their opponent? Omni-Man's head squeezer. the eye bulging and then squirting, gore isn't new but I feel like this is next-level. (or maybe I just have an eye thing) Baraka's cookout, I definitely got some Walking Dead Terminus cannibalism vibes. (tainted meeeeat!) Geras reaching behind him into a portal to rip off some schmuck's head and beat you with it, only to find out seconds later that you're the schmuck. mindfuck. and I kind of love the Halloween one.

I think this exactly why they made reptile the KZbin friendly one. KZbin's advertisers don't like over 18 stuff to put advertisement on. One of the age rating factor has always been the color of the blood (seriously, some movies reaching younger audiences just change the color of blood). D'voorah used to be punch bag, because she's not human and had bug blood. Now, reptile is a human like being with green blood, so censors are fine with him dying. But to be real, being a part of a party who decides what's appropriate for anyone between 0-21 is taxing. It's really not as simple as just saying if the game or movie should reach outside audience.

I still remember when I was a kid during the SNES and Genesis days of MK 1. The big uproar parents made about the gore. Sega kept it and SNES changed, even doing sweat instead of blood. You had a use a code to make the sweat spray look like blood. Well, parents definitely lost that battle in the long run lol,.
