Cyrax's new bio states that shes from the Nigerian branch of the Lin Kui, which now makes it very conventient that out of all of their many branches they justbdisnt have one set in japan for some reason.

Meh, a good strategy imo...strike while their defenses are low. Clearly Scorpion has people looking out from the trailer, but that WOULD be the perfect time to strike, while the main guy has his guard down....I mean it's a POS move, but it's not a bad strategy if you want to eliminate your opponent.

It kind of reminds me of that version of the original Cyrax that had visible human body along with the cybernetics. Plus so far at least it looks like Jax will also ditch the cybernetic arms. But we don't know about him so far because his story probably won't be told until the next game

I think the forest fight between Sektora and Cyraxa actually takes place before she defects and is a training battle. In that context Cyraxa's outrage at long distance attacks and wanting to follow da' rules makes way more sense.

My theory as to why sektor doesn't have a kill switch in the suit or have hers be superior is that sub-zero wants his cyborgs to be equally powerful incase one does defect so the lin kiue doesn't loose any power it has from the suits. And no kill switch so it cant be used against them in future battles

All of that would make Bi Han even more incompetent. It's exactly for situations like this that you have more skilled or powerful suits to take out defectors, and that's ignoring the sheer usefulness of having a backup kill switch.

In MK1's universe Bi Han will be Noob Saibot, dlc trailer confirmed this. However, having multiverses mean the possibility of seeing any MK character in their og forms. The Sub Zero version of Triborg was fun but I don't think he would get enough popularity for the devs to add him.

I don’t think cyrax and sektor are actually fighting with the intent to kill each other in the forest. They could be tho, when sektor said “i was wrong, thinking you’re worthy of that armour” she could either be talking about because of how cyrax was easily fallen in a sparring session, or she could’ve meant that with a different approach. Cause the majority of scenes, they are seen fighting side by side.

I will be Honest I laugh in the Red Wedding Joke as I find it Ironic as GOT is from WB and I’m hoping Harumi doesn’t Die Again, Idc if Cyrax is Genderbend, as a THlCC Accent, or a Human with Iron Man/Midnight Angel Like Armor instead of a Cyborg, as long as Mustard has Nets, Trick Bombs, Saws that would make Predator and Green Goblin Blush, Clever Tactics, is accurate to the Character’s Lore, and Ninja Like Reflexes that makes Her more Human than Machine with a Similar Gameplay to MK9, I’m Ok with this and NRS didn’t Disappoint as I’m Happy Cyrax is Playable as a Individual after 13 Years, still has Humanity and Judgement that makes her Different from Sektor and will see the Flaws of the Clan with Sub-Zero and Sektor being the Best Example of them Corrupting It, Her Gameplay is Fun with Speed, Agility, Tactics, and a Mix of Martial Arts and Ballerina Style with the 3D Spinning Kick, has a Cool Fatal Blow and Fatality that’s Simple Quick, Painless, and Unique as Possible and I love it, the Wasp Animality makes Sense as she does Look and has the Colors of Bumblebee, Looks Badass, and My Youngest Sibling is a Huge Fan of the Mustard Ninja, Even i know PND Mustard is Happy the Character Return, Welcome Back to the Land of the Living Cyrax and this Shows NRS can do Genderbend Characters Right than Rocksteady and Sweet Baby Inc.

I think not but not certain what she will do. Originally Cyrax joined the Special Forces after being freed from the Cyber Initiatives control. My guess that is what will eventually happen to Cyrax this time except it's Kenshi and Jax's OIA instead. Then again for all we know she goes back home and create her own branch using that branch of the Lin Kei similar to what Scorpion did

I'm excited for Kaos Reigns, so I don't mean this criticism to overshadow that, but why switch cyrax and sektor's genders without doing anything else meaningful to their identity? I was initially hoping they'd swap loyalties, with sektor being a good guy and cyrax being evil. I also kinda hoped cyrax was Jacquie and sektor was harumi. The fatality is getting mixed responses. It's short and fun, but that's sorta good and bad depending on what people want. I like brutalities for that reason, so this appeals. The ridiculous ones that just go overboard on the hyper focused graphic violence and take forever are boring to me.

Still bothers me that even though it's a new era, not much of it is actually new, aside from gender swapping...and of course Good Sindel, General Shao is STILL Shao Kahn regardless of rank acts the same and everything, Cyrax and Sektor STILL have the same concept going on, like I wish they ACTUALLY changed some stuff up to make it more interesting...Quan Chi being good woulda been a nice twist, BOTH cyrax and sektor leaving Bi-han woulda been nice too...but it's more of the same stuff....idk man, I mean i'll be watching this stuff for free on KZbin but I cant imagine paying 50 bucks for it.
