Like back in MK9, MKX, and partially MK11, because there was KP2 with just 3 characters … and then the aftermath pack I believe but going back to KP2, that shit was ridiculous, just 3 characters?! I think Khaos Reign just sucked and was a big disappointment. I keep telling people MK11 was way better. The entire roll out of MK11 was Top Tier nostalgia for us who been playing MK since the 90’s. MK1 was a big disappointment on many levels. They need to re-evaluate MK as a whole and stick to the basics of what made MK, MK for the fans.

Mk9 remastered won't be able to hold online numbers too, because there is no unlockables (skins, gear, brutalities), no limited-time events, seasons and other long-timed support from developers, any modern online game needs it all nowadays. If you want your playerbase active.

Honestly not a single good pick in kp3.. I could say so much but as a lifelong mk fan, having watched netherrealm work up from a reboot to reboot, that pack sucks massive monkey nuts. @ I think netherrealm wanted to let them rest and have the returning 3d era characters be free cause while they are highly requested, the casual wouldn’t spend money on them based on recognition. But I think that wb wanted the fan favorite classics to be put back in the game in an overpriced pack cause they know those names and faces sell well. Just my gut feeling tho

I have bought khaos reigns for full price. Not to just get some characters i am interested in (i like the names more than kp1 ones), but also to support the devs. Too bad the dlc sold poorly. But i actually don't mind buying another full priced dlc. I like the game and don't want it to be dropped. But the current list is kinda meh. I mean Sonya, Kano and Jade are all good, but Kung Jin and Cassie... F no. On the other hand i would buy my dream combat pack in a blink of an eye. Jax (my 2nd favourite character), Stryker (this guy deserves some love after being forgotten for almost 14 years! 4 games without him come on), Kintaro (i want playable shokan and we already had Sheeva and Goro). Then i would actually grab Sonya and Jade, just to add some female characters and to complete the trio (Kitana, Mileena, Jade). And one guest character (let it be horror or action movie hero from 80-90`s, i like the route)
