Krushing blows need requirements and conditions to get them, and the result is a bit more damage and sometimes the opportunity to extend the combo, and an X-ray for that MK style and can only be done once per match, the most common one every character has is the Uppercut as you noticed

​@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGamesalso, note that a krushing blow will typically do 1.5-3x the original damage, and it usually best to add them to long high damage combos since some krushing blows can deal ~30% damage on their own. some genital krushing blows can also inflict small bleeding dot's to opponents, so check the move menu to check if it gives any buffs to you or dot's to your opponent. this will likely be the case as well for when mortal kombat 1 (2023) is finished completely, I highly suggest you check out the trailers and fatalities for yourselves, they ARE pretty good.

Funny you mentioned the facial expressions, the reason why so many MK fatality videos were always demonetized or rage restricted was because of the facial animations. They look so real that the bot actually thought someone was in real pain. I think by now they've fixed it, since I don't see many use a different filter to try to combat this. These krushing blows look so much tamer now than when I first saw them, but still Sonya's arm break and Cassie's nut crushers still get me.

The uppercut is a basic krushing blow. Everyone has the same thing. But youd be surprised as to how some of these other KB have requirements. Such as a counter. Or landing the same move 3 times. Or even missing moves. Or landing 10 hits in a kombo and finishing it with said move. Its pretty wild.
